Infosoft Systems sh.p.k is looking for:
General description:
The QA (Quality Assurance) Specialist is responsible for drafting/reviewing, implementing procedures according to quality standards dictated by the current legislation into force and selected international standards for implementation by the company, as well as conducting the necessary monitoring and auditing to ensure operations in compliance with these standards and quality requirements.
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Rigorously identifies obligations to be met in compliance with local legislation and those stemming from the implementation of selected international standards (chosen for implementation by the company) in achieving a high level of quality.
• Develops, implements, and maintains processes to ensure quality assurance, ensuring their effective integration into business processes and systems in line with the best practices of quality regulatory standards.
• Collaborates with all company functions for identifying initiatives/issues/problems for improvement in the business process management.
• Monitors the applicability of quality requirements by conducting periodic audits/checks (according to a pre-approved schedule by the direct supervisor) and/or unscheduled ones.
• Prepares detailed draft audit reports with findings, recommendations for improvement, and follows through on their finalization to resolution under the guidance of the function's responsible person and informs the Internal Control.
• Ensures staying updated on industry standards and best practices to ensure their consistent adherence within the company.
Required qualifications:
• University degree in computer science.
• Work experience in the field of quality assurance, focusing the information systems.
• Knowledge of control frameworks such as ISO, ITIL, etc.
• Familiarity with information security regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Highly collaborative.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Strong communication skills and clarity in communication.
• Ability to adapt according to work priorities.
