Responsibility range/Scope of duty

1. Compliance with the standards, rules and procedures adopted in the company.
2. Commitment to continuous improvement of health and safety aspects and the policy adopted in this area.
3. Inventory control, explaining inventory differences and anomalies, obsolete material management.
4. Registration and monitoring of scrapping.
5. Cooperation with a senior specialist for production planning in C&C zones and preparation - help in adding tables, placement - pull-system, help in checking the putties of the "Ricambi" bundle.
6. Training of new employees in the department.
7. Maintaining professional secrecy and confidentiality in accordance with the submitted declaration.
8. Support specialist for the implementation and maintenance of production standards - printing documentation for the plant.
9. Training of employees (Sumitomo group and third parties) in the knowledge they possess, resulting from the performance of official tasks.

Skills and Qualifications
Preferably completed university education.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Good knowledge of the SIGIP system.
Knowledge of SOMA / CAO / BI.
Good knowledge of systems for improving the organization of production as well as the documentation and methods of its filling in.
Good knowledge of the company's production process.
