FM REKLAMA is a strong and consolidated company in the market of Signage, Digital Printings and Promotional Items. The company has an experience of 16 years as a manufacturer, installer and maintainer in these fields.

Job position: Product Design Engineer
Location: Kombinat, Prush

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designs the project products in a very detailed 2D or 3D manner, depending on the machine or production needs;
• Assists, designs and provides solutions for products in the production and assembly phase;
• Guarantees the correct drafting of production sketches;
• It divides the project overview by departments and machines;
• Ensures the quality of products at every stage of production and assembly according to the project;
• Ensures that the final product is both technically correct and visually appropriate;
• Reports on the progress of projects;
• Responsible for product quality and research / development of new products;
• Responsible for the design of technical safety and health at work for each project;
• Able to learn the use of each machine, tool, work process in order to design according to their production specifications, as well as build user manuals and training for employees;
• Monitoring and supervision of special projects in the field;

Education:

• Bachelor's degree of Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Construction, Electrical, Electronic).

Work Experiences and required skills:

• More than 3 years of proven working experience in designs, development of products or projects, in fields such as: constructions, furniture, windows, facades, etc.;
• To have the ability to build and implement different production plans;
• To know professionally the engineering programs such as: 2D, 3D (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Sketchup, SAP, CREO Elements, etc.);
• Experience in staff management and creation of work teams is preferred;
• It is preferable to have different licenses such as: designing, for safety at work, welding, electrical work, work at heights, etc.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability for technical solutions;
• Person with integrity and dedicated to work;
• Ready to face the challenges of projects and to finalize them;
• Eager to learn and develop professionally;

• Ready to work under pressure and oriented to achieve the required deadlins;
• Flexible with schedules;
