Packet Core Specialist

Packet Core Specialist position within the Mobile Core Network will be handling all the tasks and troubleshooting for all PS services.

Main Tasks:

• Familiar with GPRS,3G,4G networks and Telco Cloud Technology.
• Participating in Packet Core projects implementations.
• Planning and work orders preparations for Packet Core Systems (SGSN, GGSN, DNS, etc.).
• Participating in projects implementations for upgrading data communications platforms.
• Drafting reports on services performance, NEs KPI-s.
• Solve network related Customer Complaints within SLA.
• Tracing and debugging on various Packet Core Networks elements (SGSN, GGSN, DNS, etc.). Complex traffic and E2E service trend and protocol analysis.
• Performing GPRS/3G/LTE Roaming tests, IREG contact point.

Education: University Degree in Electronics, Telecommunication.

Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Mobile Telecommunication company.

Skills:

• Knowledge Packet Core equipment’s.
• Understanding of PS core protocols (IP, TCP, UDP, SCTP, GTP, Radius, SIGTRAN, RANAP, GMM, Diameter).
• Knowledge on TCP/IP, Switching & Routing, Networking, LAN & WAN; CCNA certification is preferable.
• Good Linux administration knowledge.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft OS and Office Package.
• Good language skills (written & spoke) in English.
• Team working oriented and good communication skills.
• High level of personal responsibility, self-motivating, open minded behaviour.
