MIW Builders is a window and door company that operates in the US with a business office in Tirana, Albania.
We are looking to hire two Office Assistants. (Female Only)

Job Description

- Respond to customers and corporate emails
- Answer customers calls
- Speak with employees/field workers in the US/ corporate in US
- Maintain and edit schedules for workers and clients
- Coordinate with other office staff regarding job duties and task completion
- This position answers directly to the existing office manager


Requirements
- Advanced computer skills
- Ability to speak, read and write fluent English
- Be able to multitask
- Be willing to learn new things and keep an open mind
- Cooperate with others
- Ability to work one Saturday every 3 weeks.


Schedule & Pay

- Monday – Friday 2:00 PM – 10: 30 PM (Taxi service provided for the evening ride home)
- Net Salary – 55,000 (Company pays all taxes based on net salary)
- Office Location: Street Zef Jubani, Sheshi Willson
