The mission of Finance Manager

To ensure the financial health of the business is optimized by implementing
and reviewing procedures and building a spirit of unity with other departments.

Outcomes

- oversee the operations of the Finance Department
- ensure all incomes and outgoings are reconciled and allocated correctly
- review and improve on existing structures and processes to limit payment risks, fraud, and chargebacks
- deliver accurate monthly property breakdowns on time
- issue invoices and follow payments for non-standard clients
- ensure outgoing invoices are paid promptly/scheduled appropriately
- train and support members of the Finance Department
- collaborate closely with the Office Manager, Financial Analyst, Operations Manager, and Revenue Manager
- setting up meetings between heads of the departments for ensuring the financial health of the company
- receive collaboration from Human Resource Manager and Strategy Implementation Manager for doing so

- to recommend and suggest at least 1-5 existing or non
- existing performance targets for corresponding employees or ones lower down your hierarchy each month to Strategy Implementation Manager

- provide a bi-weekly report to Strategy Implementation Manager on each of the measures and initiatives mentioned above in google form
