Job position: Engineer in the Production/Assembly Department
Location: Kombinat, Prush
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises the production/assembly in all processes;
- Assists, designs and provides solutions for products from the design stage;
- Guarantees the correct implementation of production sketches;
- It divides the work plans for each sector in production according to specialty;
- Controls the quality of products at every stage of production and assembly;
- Makes sure that the final product is both technically correct and visually appropriate;
- Reports on production progress upon request;
- Responsible for managing people, training and building teams;
- Responsible for product quality and research / development of new products;
- Responsible for technical safety and occupational health for all employees, training and follow-up of safety manual implementation;
- Able to learn how to use any machine, tool, work process in order to build user manuals and training for employees;
- Machine maintenance and upkeep;
- Follow-up and field supervision of the assembly teams;
- Available to be trained and licensed according to the needs of the company on an ongoing basis;
Education:
• Bachelor's degree of Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Construction, Electrical, Electronic).
Work Experiences and required skills:
- More than 3 years of proven working experience in production-supervision or follow-up/implementation of projects, in fields such as: constructions, furniture, facades, etc;
- To have the ability to build and implement different production plans;
- To know professionally the engineering programs such as: 2D, 3D (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Sketchup, SAP, CREO Elements, etc.);
- Experience in staff management and creation of work teams is preferred;
- It is preferable to have different licenses such as: for safety at work, welding, electrical work, work at heights, etc
Other interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability for technical solutions;
- Person with integrity and dedicated to work;
- Ready to face the challenges of projects and to finalize them;
- Eager to learn and develop professionally;
- Ready to work under pressure and oriented towards meeting the required deadlines;
