BWB Shpk, the Albanian partner of the prestigious Italian company UNICA Spa, operates in the renewable energy sector. The main activity consists in trading and management of electricity and natural gas. Also, our company proposes efficiency projects, which aim to minimize losses and misuse of energy, through the design / installation of alternative sources such as: photovoltaic systems, solar panels, etc.
We are currently looking for Electrical engineers (Designers department)
The successful candidate(s), together with the technical team, will deal with the design of photovoltaic systems as well as the design and drafting of technical drawings of medium voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
Requirements (great to have)
- Bachelor and preferably a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Preferably experience in similar roles
- Good competence in using Autocad and electrical CAD systems
- Good knowledge of English language (B2 level). Knowledge of Italian language is also an advantage (B1/B2 level).
- Ability to size and verify industrial photovoltaic and electrical systems of medium voltage and low voltage as well as residential systems
- Proposal and implementation of the most suitable design solutions to satisfy customer requests

- Ability to prioritise and self-organise
- Use of strategic and critical thinking
Remuneration package
Competitive salary rate will be decided upon completion of the interview process and will reflect the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
