Royal York Property Management is a property rental and leasing company with a portfolio of over 13,000 properties, that offers guaranteed rental income. With 15 office locations across Ontario, Canada and 2 office locations in Europe, the company is leading the potential in property management, and surpassing the client experience by having all departments operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We are looking for individuals who are ambitious with attention to detail, and willing to learn to fill in the position of Customer Support Agent.
Customer Support Agents ensure to oversee the leasing of a rental property to a qualified tenant by responding to leasing inquiries through email, phone, and text;
pre-screening tenants to ascertain qualifications; and scheduling showings for potential tenants.
Customer Support Agent are also responsible for scheduling a hundred plus showings a day.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and texts in a timely, professional manner,
• Schedule meetings for Leasing Agents.
• Assist customers with maintenance services.
  
• Provide information for prospective tenants.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM.
• Ability to work 6 days a week.
• Must be able to type 50 wpm.
