If you are tired of the usual casual jobs come visit us to learn about the contact center world at our new office in Tirana: we are looking for Customer Experience Specialists in Russian language to manage the customer service (customer care) of an important Italian client in the e-commerce sector. Doing this role you will be the voice of our e-commerce customer to support their customers. You will answer incoming calls, listen to the caller,and use the knowledge and skills gained during training and your passion for
excellent customer service to answer questions about products and services, or to find solutions to technical problems.
What we are looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent
Russian language level C1
Good knowledge of PC use (intermediate level)
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Propensity for teamwork, problem solving and focus on results
Good disposition to innovative change and learning
Highest reliability punctuality, accuracy and organization
Willingness to work in shifts
