BWB Shpk, the Albanian partner of the prestigious Italian company UNICA Spa, operates in the renewable energy sector. The main activity consists in trading and management of electricity and natural gas. Also, our company proposes efficiency projects, which aim to minimize losses and misuse of energy, through the design / installation of alternative sources such as: photovoltaic systems, solar panels, etc.
We are currently looking for Civil Engineers (Surveying department)
The successful candidate, together with the technical team, will deal with the following activities:
- Preparation of technical feasibility and authorization studies for plant
- Technical inspections for the assessment of the areas hypothetically intended for intervention
- Definition of possible improvement interventions
- Project verification
- Plant engineering operational management in the execution phase
- Drafting of calculations and specifications
Requirements (great to have)
- Bachelor and preferably a Master's Degree in Construction Engineering
- Preferably has experience in drafting building projects and / or construction management
- Good knowledge of English language (B2 level). Knowledge of Italian language is also an advantage (B1/B2 level)
- Preferably has experience in the use of design software
- Knowledge of sector regulations
- Proposal and implementation of the most suitable design solutions to satisfy customer requests

- Flexibility
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritise and self-organise
- Use of strategic and critical thinking
Remuneration package
Competitive salary rate will be decided upon completion of the interview process and will reflect the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
