Position: CCTV Technician
Departament: Operational
Report to: Operational Manager
Place: Tirana
Position Summary: Installation, servicing and maintenance of Security Systems (Alarm system and security cameras).
Main Responsibilities:
General qualifications and skills required of candidates:
-Experience with Access Control, CCTV, IP cameras
-Must have some work/school experience with security systems such as CCTV (
-Must be willing to take direction and work with other
-Have completed at least high school, preferred higher education;
-Work experience in assembling security systems (Alarm system and security cameras);
-Possess a driver's license;
-Excellent communication, reporting and access to work skills;
-Ability to work in stressful situations;
-Ability to work independently as well as in teamwork in a dynamic environment.

- Flexibility with shift changes when necessary
- Utilize all training, education, skill sets, knowledge, resources to ensure 100% complete customer satisfaction
- Enlist the help from peers, trainers, TS, manager and support staff to ensure success
- Designs, develops and constructs complex equipment or parts
- Conducts tests and experiments
- May recommend design modifications by compiling data related to designs, specifications, and materials
- Participates in discussions with a team of technical and engineering personnel, reviewing development issues reported to assist in resolving issues
- Prepares documentation and reports
