MIW Builders is a window and door company that operates in the US with a business office in Tirana, Albania.
We are looking to hire an office assistant (Female).

Job Description

• Respond to customers and corporate emails
• Answer customer calls
• Speak with employees/field workers in the US
• Maintain and edit schedules for workers and customers
• Coordinate with other office staff regarding job duties and task completion
• This position answers directly to the existing office manager

Requirements

• Ability to speak, read and write English
• Be able to multitask
• Be willing to learn new things and keep an open mind
• Get along well with others
• Ability to work one Saturday every 3 weeks.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday – Friday 2:00 PM – 10: 30 PM (Taxi service provided for the evening ride home only)
• Take Home Pay – 55,000 (Company pays all taxes based on take home pay)
• Office is located at Sheshi Willson, Street Zef Jubani.
