MIW Builders is an installing company in Florida, USA. We are currently looking to hire an Administrative coordinator (female) for our partner, The Permit Group.

• Full Training provided for all qualified applicants.
• Working Hours: 14.00 – 22.30 (Monday- Friday)
• Salary: 60’000 ALL (Taxi service provided for the evening ride home)
• Address: St. Zef Jubani, Sheshi Willson, Tiranë

Job Duties:

• Proficiently communicate in English through emails and phone calls with the corporate and customers.
• Organize and coordinate through various software programs.
• Maintain and edit inspection schedules for clients and report them accordingly.
• Answer customers’ calls and update/follow up.
• Respond to customers and corporate emails.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, listening).
• Be able to multitask.
• Ability to learn required software.
• Advanced computer skills
• Be willing to learn new things and keep an open mind.
