Job Description

1. Front Desk Agent


Qualifications/Requirements:

· Order taking and processing.

· Verification of the person who is calling (address/code-number).

· Entering the order (telephone or written input).

· Customer new plant (telephone or written input).

· Assistance with uncertainties.

· Ensuring clear understanding (repetition of each item ordered with count, article and article name).

· Instructions on order value, staffel prices, shipping costs and if necessary. mention of compensation articles and if necessary changing of the delivery address and / or e-mail address.

· Queries, entering and confirming the delivery and payment.


· Answering inquiries from partners and customers of all kinds which affect the LR business and processing or the request of their processing.


· Very good and professional communicating skills ,and ethical appearance will be highly appreciated.
