The Union for Development and Integration of Roma Minority in Albania “Amaro-Drom” is seeking for a Psychologist or Social Worker for online services for women and girls, victims of domestic violence and gender-based.
Supporting victims of violence through the online counseling line is a service that this project has enabled since 2019. In this process, Amaro-Drom seeks the help of an experienced psychologist or social worker to enable the provision of individual therapies for the identified victims of violence. These services would serve to rehabilitate victims of violence in a psychological aspect, integrating these girls and women into their social lives. These therapy sessions will be through the online service. The specialist will provide two therapy sessions per month for each identified victim. Considering that this number has been growing, it is thought that 17 victims would benefit from this service. Knowing that the rehabilitation of a victim takes about two years to rehabilitate, it is thought that these 17 victims will receive this service throughout the year.
