Tirana International Airport SHPK (TIA) is seeking to hire a

IT & T SPECIALIST

who will report to the Information Technology & Telecommunication Manager of the company.

Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:
(for indicative purposes only. The responsibilities listed below can be subject of change upon recruitment)
1. Responsible for designing, modifying, installing, upgrading, updating and maintaining TIA IT&T systems, software and related hardware, thus providing efficient, accurate utilization and minimum downtime;
2. Responsible for analyzing and diagnosing problems related to TIA IT&T systems and developing effective solutions;
3. Responsible to maintain functionality of TIA Server Farm services, virtualization and replication;
4. Responsible for performing check for every IT dedicated system;
5. Responsible to orient new users to existing technology;
6. Responsible to prepare detailed shift reports;
7. Responsible for providing general IT support to staff and customers (office automation);
8. Responsible to manage hardware and software products.

Requirements of the position:
  • Bachelor Degree in Informatics/Computer Science/Electronic Engineering
  • Knowledge of general IT, office automation:
    • PC Maintenance Hardware/Software
    • Printers/Scanners
    • TCP/IP Ethernet Networking
    • Telephony
    • Knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2009/2015
    • Active Directory Service, updates (WSUS)
    • Hyper V virtualization
    • Replication
    • Knowledge on CCTV and Access Control Systems
  • At least three years of working experience in related job responsibilities;
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team;
  • Fluent in English language;
  • Ability to plan, prioritize work and meet deadlines;
  • Committed to providing a high standard of service;
  • Strong problem solving skills;
  • Credible, confident and diplomatic;
  • Honest, reliable and with integrity.
  • Available to work in 3 shifts
