LEGAL SPECIALIST
who will report to the Legal Affairs Director of the company.

LEGAL SPECIALIST
who will report to the Legal Affairs Director of the company.
Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:

- Follow and manage litigation claims and other court cases
- Represent the company before the competent court in civil litigation and other legal proceedings
- Responsible for following legal issues related to the adherence to the Concession Agreement and local and international law
- Review Albanian legislation and update company representatives on updates/new initiatives in jurisdiction
- Provide legal research and legal opinions on different issues upon request
- Responsible for drafting legal documents, contracts, agreements and Memorandum of Understandings etc. with any third party. Prepare Power of Attorneys, authorizations and other legal documents
- Responsible for drafting meeting notifications, minutes of meeting and termination notice required for termination of employment contract. Draft disciplinary decisions related to an employee
- Responsible for the registration in National Registration Center and/or any other relevant state entity (if applicable) of all resolutions of company shareholders
- Responsible to register TIA immovable property at Land Registry Offices
- Responsible for obtaining different authorization, licenses, permits, and certificates and/or following their renewal and/or instructing the respective department on obtaining the respective license
- Participate in negotiations of contracts and other legal documents upon request
- Responsible to participate in meetings for termination of employment contracts
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Work experience in litigation cases
- At least three years of working experience in related job responsibilities
- Adept at Microsoft Office software
- Ability to organize information and reason in a logical manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills
- Fluent in English language
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to organize, coordinate, prioritize work
- Ability to perform research and suggest solutions
- Ability to compose communications, documents that are effective
