Dimension HR for one of the largest companies in Albania that manufactures and markets non-alcoholic soft drinks is looking to recruit candidates for the vacant position:
Financial Controller Manager


MAIN ROLE REQUIREMENT:

Provide objective assurance on the accuracy and fair presentation of financial and performance reports prepared by the Office of Accounting and Finance and assist in achieving the goals and objectives of the Company, contributing to its continuous improvement of financial control systems or procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works with department managers to develop short-term and long-term business plans for the Company.
• Based on the approved annual budgets and projected monthly volumes, prepares:
  - Monthly financial budget for operational activity
  - Monthly balance sheets
  - Monthly forecast for cash inflows and outflows
• Prepares monthly financial statements for internal reporting purposes. Monitors and analyses the monthly operating result against the budget.
• Supports the preparation of financial analysis for the launch of new products and for investment decisions.
• Prepares annual financial statements and related notes in accordance with IFRS. Provides all necessary assistance for the annual audit of the financial statements.
• Maintains a control system over accounting transactions.
• Defines and maintains a staffing structure necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the unit.
• Analyses ATL and BTL costs and related refunds related to DME, versus approved budget.
• Leads and oversees the entire process regarding:
  - Revenues according to contracts and approved price lists
  - Different discounts according to contracts with clients
• Key responsibilities include: Monthly reporting of appropriate financial information, obtaining necessary approvals according to the Company's policies, and billing control.
• Responsible for the financial reporting process regarding the calculation and completeness of monthly commercial bonuses based on the bonus schemes and targets achieved.
• Responsible for the financial reporting process regarding the calculation and completeness of monthly costs for investments and maintenance as well as total commitments against approved budgets.
• Responsible for the financial reporting process related to the monthly cost cards for each product and the scarcity rates related to the raw materials.

Job requirements regarding Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• Must have knowledge of local and international standards of accounting, financial reporting and control.
• University Degree in Accounting / Finance.
• Min 5 years work experience, preferably experience in a financial environment in FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods).
• Very good skills in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical skills and accuracy.
• Have initiatives and work independently.
• Good MS Office skills, especially advanced in MS Excel.
• Very good knowledge of English or Italian
