Tax Associate
Grant Thornton Albania is looking for a full-time Tax Associate to join our Tax & Outsourcing team.
Main responsibilities
•Participate in business tax engagements.
•Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating team members on progress.
•Maintain high quality and professional standards.
•Assist in preparing reports that will be delivered to client.
•Complete assignments on time.
•Take the initiative to expand level of responsibility.

Qualifications or requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or a similar field of study.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 1-2 years of related working experience.
- Proficiency in English. We use English in meetings with clients /working with colleagues from other countries.
- Very good analytical skills and attention to details.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a complex work environment.
- Demonstrate strong people skills, a pleasant manner, and able to communicate effectively with leadership and staff at all levels within the firm.
- Excellent computer skills.
- A strong work initiative, high energy level, and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
- Willingness to learn and exceed expectations.
