The successful candidate will be responsible for All aspects of Maintaining the corporate application servers.[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]As Systems Administrator you would be responsible for[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Configuring, Maintaining, and updating all servers and network hardware [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Responsible for all system backups and network security (Anti-Virus software and firewalls) [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Maintain Active Directory and internal DNS [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Maintain Storage Area Network, WAN and VPN [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Perform OS updates on servers [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Manage software licensing- ensuring compliance [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Maintaining internal and customer related domain name registrations [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Manage internal and external email addresses POP3, SMTP and MS Exchange 2007 [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] Required Skills [/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]3+ Years Experience in a Systems Administration role in a production environment [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Proven experience with TCP/P, VPN, DNS and WLAN technologies [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Extensive experience with Windows Servers(2000/2003/2008) and VMWare Virtual Servers [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Experience in Root Cause analysis and Problem determination processes [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Experience with Disaster Recovery related processes [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Working knowledge on network, systems and application monitoring [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Knowledge of basic Networking and Troubleshooting [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Knowledge of Remote Server Management [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Knowledge of any of the following is a definite asset: IIS, SQL, Exchange, Oracle, LDAP, Apache[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Experience working with POP/SMTP/ Microsoft Exchange Mail Services[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Experience with IBM Hardware including blade chassis and servers [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Scripting/Programming knowledge is an asset[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Strong documentation skill [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Must be proactive, possess project implementation skills [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Must be adept at managing multiple concurrent requests[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Team player and Effective communicator[/FONT]
