  • [FONT=&quot]Manage the procurement process including international procurement.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Develop and implement vendor assessment techniques to measure performance and quality of supply, introduce approved supplier lists, enable tracking, re-negotiation timetables and regular best value reviews.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Responsible person for all Small Purchases.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Request offers in order to fulfill the demands coming from Directories (departments) or Regions. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Prepare reports for all the bidders and send them to the responsible authorities.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Negotiate with companies in order to have the best price with the best quality. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Coordinate with Albtelecom units to clarify all the requirements. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Follow delivery process of the goods and Coordinate with Supply&Inventory Branch.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Prepare all the necessary documentation for Economic Directorate.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Qualifications[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Significant hands-on procurement experience on large project procurements[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Previous experience of sustainable procurement practices and techniques is ideal[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent communication and influencing skills[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]A proven track record of operational effectiveness in a sophisticated matrix structure, working successfully as both a leader and team member[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent project management expertise and the ability to drive for and exceed required goals[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point etc.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ability to work well under pressure[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Related field University Degree (Economics, Electronic Engineers)[/FONT]
