Job position: Store Manager
Department: Operational
Location: Shkoder
Summary: The Store Manager works in the shop floor. He is in a constant contact with customers and staff. Ensuring their staff gives great customer service as well as dealing with the financial sideof the store and people management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic andoptimize profitability;
· Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals andperformance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development;
· Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met;
· Responding to customer complaints and comments;
· Organizing special promotions, displays and events;
· Attending and chairing meetings;
· Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues;
· Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers and identifying orresolving urgent issues;
· Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forth coming customer initiatives;
· Dealing withsales, as and when required
OtherJob Functions:
- Participatesing any training program in and out the country
- Ensures all the required reports
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: University Degree, preferably inbusiness related fields
- Work Experiences: At least 3-5 years’ work experiencein similar trading company
Additional qualifications:
- Mobility – the job entails frequent travel
- Mustbe able to use MS Office applications – Word, Outlook, and Excel to a competent standard
