Join Our Team as a SAP Consultant (FI / CO / SD / MM / PP / PM / QM / WM / EWM)
Are you a SAP enthusiast with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for delivering top-notch solutions? We're on the lookout for dynamic individuals like you to bolster our team and support our esteemed international clientele. At Engineering Software Lab we're dedicated to excellence in the:
  • Application Managed Services
  • New S4/HANA project implementations and rollouts
  • SAP ECC to S4/HANA migrations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Skillfully gather requirements from users
  • Design and implement SAP customizations
  • Test case planning and execution
  • Record and gather issues and related solutions to support the growth and integrity of the Knowledge Base
  • Analyze symptoms to identify broad areas of user error or technical failure
  • Clearly communicate with end users and provide instructions on how to progress issues
  • Collect and define/write functional specifications for enhancement
  • Analyze the impact of functional/technical changes on users
  • Fill in and complete documentation used in the service delivery
  • Assess the impact of changes on users and systems
Required Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of business processes and master data in SAP modules (FI / CO / SD / MM / PP / PM / QM/ WM / EWM)
  • Functional proficiency and experience in designing, configuring, and implementing one of the SAP modules (FI CO or SD or MM)
  • Experience with end-user support for one of the SAP modules (FI / CO / SD / MM / PP / PM / QM/ WM / EWM), providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

Additional Module-Specific Requirements:
  • For FICO module: Experience in AA, TR, IHC, CP, AP, AR, BA, and COPA modules; integration knowledge with PS, MM, and SD advantageous
  • For SD module: Proficiency in EDI processing, ATP, LE modules; integration expertise with FICO and MM preferred
  • For MM module: Knowledge in WM; integration proficiency with FICO and SD advantageous

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in implementing and/or maintaining SAP solutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher education (preferably engineering, informatics, or business administration)
  • Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and innovation
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Willingness to support junior consultants through mentoring and peer reviews
  • Ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in written communication
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Italian language will be a plus
