For our offices in Tirana, we are looking for Salesforce Senior Developer who wants to contribute to cutting-edge projects and make a significant impact on the world of Salesforce development!
Who are you?
  • We are in search of a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate…
  • has at least 4 years of experience with Salesforce development, customization, and integration
  • possess a deep understanding of Apex, Lightning web components, and Visualforce
  • thrives in a collaborative environment and takes ownership of tasks
  • is passionate about solving complex problems and has a keen eye for detail
  • has at least 3 Salesforce certifications (ideally Administrator, Platform Developer I & II)
  • possesses excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of the German language
  • Further Salesforce Certifications such as Field Service Lightning, CPQ, etc.
  • Experience with CI/CD dev ops strategies
  • Experience with Integration middleware tools, such as Talend or Jitterbit
What will you do?
  • Development and Customization: Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning web components, and Visualforce pages.
  • Code Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing code for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Implement best practices for code deployment and version control.
  • Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for Salesforce applications, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and assist end-users in maximizing the value of Salesforce features.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers, to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. Communicate effectively with the project team to ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
  • Mentorship: Act as a mentor to junior developers, providing guidance, support, and knowledge transfer. Foster a collaborative learning environment and contribute to the professional growth of team members.
