  • [FONT=&quot]Point of contact for customers[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Meeting customers face-to-face, in order to get to know and understand their needs[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Actively building and developing relationships with customer[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Advising customers of the best solutions to help them make the most out of information and communication technology[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Proactively selling ALBtelecom's product portfolio to customers[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Responsible for meeting challenging sales targets through pro-actively selling ALBtelecom products and services to residential and business customers.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Promote the whole of the ALBtelecom portfolio.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]To ensure customer satisfaction, including prompt dealing with customer complaints or concerns.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Develop a good knowledge and understanding of the ALBtelecom’s product and service portfolio, for example, telephone system technologies, voice and data systems, broadband, I.T. etc… [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]To maintain knowledge of, and report upwards on, new developments in the market place, especially with regard to customers and prospects.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Qualifications[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]An experienced field sales professional[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Telecoms/IT experience[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]The ability to deliver against challenging targets[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Self-motivated[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Pro-active[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Professional approach to team and client relationships[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ability to work well under pressure[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent organization and interpersonal skills[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Good communication and presentation skills[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Education[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Related field University Degree (Economics/Business/Marketing)
