On behalf of our client, The Headhunter is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to be in charge of all quality assurance activities.
The quality assurance specialist's responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, operations auditing, identifying issues and presenting solutions. The Quality Assurance has the responsibility to ensure the quality of the internal system and day-to-day operations. This position is located in Tirana.

Quality Assurance Specialist
Responsibilities:- Check our internal system as per the Audit List of the company and update the Report Table Document.
- Analyse and enter data as per CEO, Director of Business Development and Franchise request.
- Analyse customer satisfaction level reports as measured through the brokers quality ratings and discuss them with the Franchise when needed.
- Participate in the management of complaints and suggestions of our clients and associates that lead to an improvement and the impact of which will be perceived by the end client.
- Make sure all employees meet the proposed objectives and thereby continually improve the daily operations.
- Document quality assurance activities through internal reporting and audits.
- Self-initiative.
- Very detail-oriented.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Very good computer skills, including database management.
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree.
- Fluent in English.
