Project Manager

At Info Business Solutions we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of system solutions and to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You’ll use your strong interpersonal skills to identify and engage with project stakeholders and then manage all ongoing communications to ensure all are kept informed at an appropriate level. '
Responsibilities:
• Create and manage project plans, ensuring the successful execution of project deliverables.
• Establish and control project constraints and scope.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Take ownership of identifying and resolving project risks and issues, ensuring their timely resolution.
• Align project objectives with company goals and ensure the project team is clear on objectives.
• Monitor the progress of team members and provide support to help them achieve their goals.
• Lead the process of issue identification and resolution.
• Build client satisfaction by developing and delivering applications, technical, and business solutions that meet client requirements.
Qualifications:
• 3 or more years of project management experience (preferably holding certifications in PSM1 or CSM and PMP)
• Working knowledge of Agile Methodology, techniques, and frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse functional groups and employees at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively to customers, teams, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within agreed-upon timeframes.
• Proactive follow-up skills to ensure the timely fulfillment of internal and external customer needs.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with others to identify quality solutions.
• Thorough knowledge of business functions, operations, strategies, and objectives.
