Product Manager
Tasks
• Lead the launch of a new product
• Prepare feasibility studies and keeping the relations with finance, customer experience and marketing teams
• Ensure communication between the technology team and business and compliance units
• To prepare a short and long-term product roadmap
• To establish current and future product nature and scope by reviewing product features and requirements.
• Establish partnerships with external parties
• Establish campaigns with external parties
• To make business analysis by creating/taking the demands and requests of other stakeholders. Prepare the flows and detailed requirements
• To ensure that requests are prioritized
• To define user acceptance criteria
• To prepare product communication plans and to share them regularly with all stakeholders
• To analyze and to report key components of the product life cycle.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field from a reputable university
• Excellent written and communication skills in English
• Competent in agile methods (preferably product owner know how)
• 7 years + experience in product management
• Experienced in project/product Management, Business Analysis and Agile Methodologies (Scrum)
• Preferably comfortable with fintech ecosystem
• Strategic communication and analytical thinking skills
• Comfortable with business plans
• Comfortable with business development and marketing activities
• High customer focus and team leader spirit
• Time management is strong and results-oriented
