As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and applications.[/FONT]

Responsibilities:[/FONT]

1. Software Development: Design, code, test, and debug software applications using .NET technologies.
2. Architecture and Design: Collaborate with architects and other team members to design and implement scalable and maintainable solutions.
3. Code Review: Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
4. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
6. Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and defects.
7. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Advocate for and implement best practices in software development.

Requirements:[/FONT]

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development, with a focus on C#.
3. Technical Skills:]
   • Proficiency in .NET framework and related technologies (ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework).
   • Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
   • Database development skills, including SQL Server or other relational databases.
   • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
4. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in a senior or lead developer role. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and solve complex problems efficiently.
6. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Agile Development: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
