- Together with their sales consultants, you discuss the requirements of the customers and formulate appealing advertisements with textual confidence;
- With the help of active sourcing, you will search for the perfect match for their customers. To do this, you use their extensive internal database and social networks, thus building up a network of experts;
- You further develop search strategies and processes, which they continuously optimize with our self-developed AI;
- You are the first point of contact for the experts and conduct interviews and negotiations with them;
- Based on your research and interviews, you create management summaries for the clients.
What you bring:
