About the role, what will you do?
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shop Manager located in Tirana. The Shop Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring a great customer experience, and building a strong team. The Shop Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales goals and analyzing sales trends to improve performance.
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include 3+ years of professional sales experience, knowledge of consumer electronics, and home appliance products, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.

- Operations Management: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Store Management: Proven experience in managing retail stores, including hiring, training, and scheduling of employees, and creating a welcoming store environment.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills, ability to build relationships with customers and handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Customer Experience: Ability to create a positive and engaging customer experience by ensuring a welcoming and tidy store environment, and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in the store.
