Job position: Franchise Area Manager
Department: Retail Department
Location: Tirana


The main focus of the Franchise Area Manger is to improve the commercial performance of its subject franchisees, to organize work and to offer customers a high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement plans to achieve sales and targets to penetrate the market.
Behavior in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with existing franchisees in multiple cities.
  • Vet and develop business relationships with potential franchise partners.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of each franchise agreement.
  • Maximize sales and expansion opportunities and ensuring that standards are met as well delivering sales / profit targets.
  • Plan the distribution and logistics process related to franchisees.
  • Accept responsibility for central communication and assets to franchise partners to ensure all retail principles, store layouts, the recruitment/training of team members and the overall brand proposition meet the brand standards.
  • Ensure protection of the brand through compliance with the legal agreement and trading terms and conditions.
  • Prepare periodic reports on implementation of tasks, to include the contacts made, new opportunities and references that collect on the ground.
  • Participation in sales meetings, seminars and training in order to gather information to promote products, expand network of contacts, and increase knowledge.
  • Manage the merchandising and return procedure of products.
  • Collaborate with various departments of the company, as necessary for solving problems related to the points of sale.
  • Control the effectiveness of the personnel at the shops.
  • Market monitoring and market analyses.
  • Other duties assigned by management, from time to time by management.
  • To follow up and deliver the main KPI’s set by the company.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree (MBA preferred).
  • Very Good English skills (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Driving license position and availability to working program and travelling.
  • Result-oriented person.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of time management skills.
  • Excellent professional communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation.
  • Very good analytical and reporting skills.
