MARKETING MANAGER

AON operates in Albanian market in Albania and Kosovo, in the field of energy backup systems, with products and services such as: Generator, Stabilizer and UPS. As an official distributor of Cummins Power Generation, AON has a strong position in the sector, with a lot of important projects signed and covered in these countries. AON is also official distributor of TOYOTA Material Handling for forklifts. We are searching for the right person to
AON seeks a creative and self-motivated Marketing manager with experience handling both internal and external communications and marketing. The ideal candidate will guide and implement a marketing plan across all channels, including website, social media, print, email blats, and public relations. The ideal candidate will create fresh and innovative content that not only informs but generates excitement about the AON for existing and new clientele. Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in new media, and a keen sense of design, are essential. Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and layout skills are required to implement the strategy.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement an annual marketing plan
• Lead the creation and publication of content across channels
• Oversee, edit, and/or create marketing emails, social media posts, website pages, and other communications channel content as needed

Review and update an organization-wide help us communicate the many ways we carry out our vision,
and to ensure that all our marketing materials reflect and uphold it.

• style and branding guide
• Ensure the website remains fresh with current content
• Manage and strategically utilize video, audio, and still photography recording of key events
• Supervise and direct the workflow of communications requests, ensuring requests are handled in a timely fashion
• Manage all media contacts and develop relationships with new contacts
• Promote event rental and coordinate with event planners
• Maintain marketing and event calendars
• Develop and maintain event vendor lists
• Digital marketing campaign

Knowledge, skills required:
• Leadership skills to enhance and grow marketing strategy throughout the organization
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communications skills with a keen attention to detail and dedication to accuracy
• Graphic design, layout design, video editing experience
• Experience preparing files for print and working with printers to order postcards, magazines, banners
• Ability to manage a variety of projects and initiatives concurrently
• A team player who can both lead and carry out the vision of other leaders when directed
• Self-starter, able to work independently
• Market knowledge, and strong analytic skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Hardworking with a strong work ethic

Education/ Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design or similar.
• At least 1-2 years post college marketing experience
• Event planning experience is highly desired.
• InDesign, Photoshop/Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Social Media analytics
• Very good English, spoken and written
