Key accountabilities and decision ownership

- Collaborating with Sales team to deliver customer contract for implementation
- Follow-up to ensure a healthy process
- Keep track of daily progress
- Update colleague weekly for progress
- Managing filing system
- Recording information as needed
- Maintaining documents

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
To have knowledge and use the basic packages of Office 365
To have a minimum knowledge of basic processes and procedures
Be open to learning new things.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Knowledge to use the basic packages of Office 365
