[*=1]Incoming Inspection Specialist
Responsibility range/Scope of duty
1. Support for Health Safety& Anti-fire protection documentation management in line with law and Sumitomo Group requirements.
2. Implement and develop all Healthy Safety Sumitomo Standards.
3. Carrying out control of working conditions regarding compliance with safety regulations, rules and hygiene at work,
with particular emphasis on workplaces where pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, adolescents, the disabled, are working.
4. Informing the employer about identified occupational hazards, together with applications to remove these hazards.
5. Keeping records, completing and storing documents concerning accidents at work, identified occupational diseases
and suspicions of such diseases, as well as storing the results of tests and measurements of factors harmful to health in the work environment.
6. Interaction with the doctor who provides preventive health care for employees; Monitoring,
measuring and analysing processes and implementing actions necessary to achieve planned results and continuous improvement of these processes.
7. Training employees in the knowledge they possess resulting from the performance of official tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
Preferably completed university education in Engineering.
Comprehensive knowledge of issues related to the operation of the Health Safety service.
Good knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001, WCM requirements.
Very good knowledge resulting from Healthy Safety training for people managing employees.
Good knowledge of labour law provisions.
Very good knowledge of ISO 45001 requirements.
Preferable 1 year in similar position in a large manufacturing company of the automotive industry.

Incoming Inspection Specialist
Responsibility range/Scope of duty
1. Management of component patterns,
2. Quality control of material deliveries,
3. Actively shaping the supplier quality improvement policy in consultation with the Quality Suppliers' Inspector (reports, supplier’s quality audits),
4. Tests of components in the scope of Incoming Inspection operation,
5. Qualitative verification of problems reported from Production regarding the first material (in cooperation with other Plant personnel),
6. Management of complaints to suppliers: assessment of defect severity, issuing a non-conformity report, validation of suppliers' corrective actions (8D reports),
7. Supervision over material that does not meet quality requirements (selections, separation on designated area).
Skills and Qualifications
Higher education (field of Quality).
Very good knowledge of “first” materials (basic materials) in the Company and how to manage them.
Excellent knowledge of quality methodology and tools: PDCA, Pareto, 8D, etc.
Very good knowledge of the methodology of conducting research/tests in accordance with the requirements of Customers/SWS/SEWS-Cabind Group.
Excellent knowledge of the PPAP methodology in accordance with the latest version of the AIAG manual or other required by customers.
Very good of usage/understanding of technical documentation.
Very good IT tools (MS Office package, SIGIP, COMTO, QMS etc.).
General knowledge of ISO TS 16949 and internal QMS.
Training skills (knowledge transfer).
Very good ability to collect and analyze data.
Outstanding goal orientation - the ability to choose priorities.
Precision and discipline in managing complaints to suppliers.Preferable 2 years of experience in a large manufacturing company of the automotive industry;
including min. 1 year in a decision-making position (preferably the Quality, Technical, Logistics Department).
