IT Support Intern (Paid)
Tirana, Albania
Full-time position (8h)
Monday to Friday from 09:00-18:00
Duration: 3 months with indefinite employment opportunity at the end of the internship period
What You’ll Do:

  • Guarantee proper functioning and maintenance of all equipment, hardware installations as well as computer’s maintenance.
  • Document work processes/network support activities;
  • Inventorying company's computer assets;
  • Provide technical training and support for employees;
  • Maintenance of company websites.
Who You Are:

  • You have basic technical knowledge of computer networks and PC devices;
  • You have basic technical knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, etc.;
  • You have knowledge in network and computer security configuration, monitoring or troubleshooting of computers, network devices, and other peripheral devices;
  • You have basic knowledge of software installations;
  • You have knowledge of web hosting and maintenance techniques is an advantage;
  • You are flexible in working hours to respond to the needs of work intensity;
  • You have knowledge of Linux (is an advantage);
