[FONT=&quot]Support of Interconnection issues [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Responsibilities of this position include[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Follows up all the procedures during interconnection agreement preparation phase among authorized entrepreneurs from AKEP (alternative fixed operators, ISPs, Prepaid Card operators, etc.) [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Coordinates all interconnection agreement related work, [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Prepares Reference of Interconnection Offer (RIO). [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Follows up all the concluding procedures for interconnection prices. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Internal coordination to recon ciliate the interconnection agreement with its terms. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Coordinate all related works to test, define, and plan the opening of connecting points through Albtelecom network. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Follows up all related procedures for interconnection completion.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Prepares RIO-s and submits for approval. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Follows up RIO-s application.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Coordinates for bilateral agreements with the company [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Creates (generates) cost models in relation to our Company’s services to support working groups for updating the information in relation to AKEP.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Follows up cost control of company under the Regulation for Access and Interconnection [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Qualifications[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Experience in a Telecommunications Field , minimum 5 years [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Experience in Management of Telecommunication Environment , Minimum 2 years[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]General knowledge in Regulatory Affairs and International Institution functionality ITU an advantage [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Education[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Related field University Degree (Telecommunication Engineering, Economics, Law)[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Foreign Languages [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]English, other language is an advantage
