- [FONT="]Responsible for following up probation period procedure [/FONT]
- [FONT="]Design the employee handbook in collaboration with the Legal Department [/FONT]
- [FONT="]Assist the managing staff for performance appraisal related issues[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Manage the job descriptions of the company; update them in cooperation with the managing staff[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Coordinate staff and company communication programs[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Coordinate visa requests for work trips through leaving appointments with the embassies (in case of a training abroad)[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Coordinate hotel rooms and tickets reservations for employees going in a training abroad[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Generate regular and ad-hoc reports[/FONT]
- [FONT="]An experienced HR professional[/FONT]
- [FONT="]The ability to deliver against challenging targets[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Self-motivated[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point etc.[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Professional approach to team [/FONT]
