  • [FONT=&quot]Coordinate staff and company communication programs[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Responsible for Region network HR issues management[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Prepare HR-related communications (new hire info, other communications etc)[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Responsible for following up probation period procedure [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Design the employee handbook in collaboration with the Legal Department [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Assist the managing staff for performance appraisal related issues[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Manage the job descriptions of the company; update them in cooperation with the managing staff[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Coordinate staff and company communication programs[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Coordinate visa requests for work trips through leaving appointments with the embassies (in case of a training abroad)[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Coordinate hotel rooms and tickets reservations for employees going in a training abroad[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Generate regular and ad-hoc reports[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Qualifications[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]An experienced HR professional[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]The ability to deliver against challenging targets[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Self-motivated[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point etc.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Professional approach to team [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ability to work well under pressure[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent organization and interpersonal skills[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Good communication and presentation skills[/FONT]
