We are seeking to recruit: Head of Systems Administration and Operation Department

[FONT=&quot]Job purpose[/FONT][FONT=&quot]: Installation, administration and maintenance of the Bank IT Systems ensuring a secure and reliable day-to-day operation.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Direct Reports to[/FONT][FONT=&quot]: [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Head IT Systems sector[/FONT]



[FONT=&quot]Main Responsibilities:[/FONT]


§ Installation, administration and maintenance of all Bank servers hardware and software with the support of the external providers (where applicable).
§ Installation, administration and maintenance of Windows servers hardware and software: Active Directory, domain controllers, DNS/DHCP services, mail systems, domain policies and user rights.
§ Installation and maintenance of database servers and application servers in Head Office and branches in cooperation with other respective units of the IT Division.
§ Maintenance of Bank’s backup procedures.
§ Installation, administration and maintenance of other servers of peripheral applications, in cooperation with other respective units of the IT Division.
§ [FONT=&quot]Provide Support & Backup for Telecommunications and Networking Department.[/FONT]


[FONT=&quot]The ideal Candidates should have[/FONT][FONT=&quot]:[/FONT]


  • [FONT=&quot]Very good operational logic [/FONT]
· Extensive understanding and knowledge of: Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory and networks, computer hardware devices, network devices, virtualization systems, of E-Mail and Internet services and of Microsoft and Oracle SQL DBMS.

  • [FONT=&quot]Very good communication and interpersonal skills[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Customer oriented approach(bank employee)[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Very good Managerial and conflict management skills[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Teamwork spirit[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Capability and willingness to take other responsibilities[/FONT]


[FONT=&quot]Criteria to be fulfilled:[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]University degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Extensive workexperience in all related IT system operationsareas
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Excellent English knowledge (written/oral)
