We are an international company with different branches in different countries. We do have offices in Israel, Georgia, Albania and we are planning to reopen the office in Ukraine. Unfortunately, because of the war we had to close the office and go on remote. We are doing outsource services for different projects. Outsource in customer support, compliance, finances, payments, legal and hr.
Job Title: Head of Finance
Job Description:
As the Head of Finance, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial landscape. You will oversee all financial operations, ensuring data accuracy, managing affiliate payments, and contributing to strategic planning. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting our mission to revolutionize education.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Payment Management:
- Accurately track affiliate-generated sales and leads.
- Calculate commissions based on agreed terms.
- Timely process and disburse affiliate payments.
- Maintain transparent records of affiliate earnings and payouts.
Financial Reporting:
- Generate regular financial reports detailing revenue, expenses, and profit margins.
- Analyze financial data to evaluate affiliate marketing performance.
- Prepare forecasts and budgets to plan for future financial needs.
Payment Processing and Reconciliation:
- Manage customer payments for online courses.
- Integrate with Payment Service Providers for secure processing.
- Reconcile payments with sales and affiliate commissions.
Fraud Prevention and Risk Management:
- Implement fraud detection measures.
- Monitor financial activities for irregularities.
- Mitigate risks associated with affiliates and payments.
Compliance and Taxation:
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Handle tax documentation and reporting.
- Stay informed of regulatory changes.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Develop and manage budgets for various business aspects.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Align financial strategies with business goals.
- Communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Support affiliates with payment inquiries.
Scalability and Growth:
- Develop financial strategies to support business growth.
- Evaluate the financial impact of expanding partnerships.
Customer and Affiliate Support:
- Assist with payment-related inquiries.
- Provide accurate responses to financial questions.
Recordkeeping and Compliance Documentation:
- Maintain organized financial records.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in card processing.
- Familiarity with reconciliation reports.
- Knowledge of PowerBI or similar tools.
- Proven financial leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and regulations.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and lead financial teams.
