• General Manager - Pristina, Kosovo

EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, one of the largest manufacturers in the world in water treatment systems, is currently recruiting a General Manager for Kosovo.


Essential
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the business;
  • Developing key performance goals and managing the performance reviews of staff;
  • Creating and implementing strategies for business growth;
  • Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports;
  • Maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders;
  • Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of the business unit;
  • Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients;
  • Developing new solutions to meet client needs;
  • Improving internal processes for better productivity;
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.

Requirements for this position are:

University degree in Business Administration or a related field;

Proven experience in similar senior management role;

Knowledge of budgeting, financial management and business operations;


Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively;

Strong managerial, communication and interpersonal skills;

Strong problem-solving and decision making;

Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment;

Experience of delivering commercial projects/negotiations;

Flexibility to relocate in Kosovo, Pristina – is a MUST.

Very good English;

Clean Driving License(Category B).
