Position: Front Office Manager
Department: Front Office
Location: Hilton Garden Inn, Tirane

Job Requirement:

As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient operations of the Front Office Department and all related Guest Services in delivering the brand standard. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

· Ensuring exceptional guest services from the moment someone walk through the door.
· Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for guests
· Dealing with guests, including handling complaints when they come to the desk.
· Scheduling shifts and supervising front-office personnel.
· Supporting, training and supervising front office staff.
· Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the reception area.
· Preparing monthly management reports on customer feedback, booking and cancellations.
· Liasing with other department.


What we are looking for?
To successfully fill this role, you should have the personal and professional characteristics that follow:

  • University degree, ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
  • Previous experience in hospitality industry
  • At least two – to three years experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
  • To continue the development of all front office personnel throughout the season
  • Performance management skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and thoroughly when under pressure
  • High sense of ownership, compatible with brand vision.
  • Focused on guest satisfaction
  • Computer literacy, MS Office applications, Opera Systems Knowledge is MUST
