Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Compliance: Ensure the company's operations comply with local and international laws and regulations. Handle legal issues, including contracts, labor law, corporate governance, and compliance matters.
- Employee Relations and HR Policies: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations, ensuring fair and legal treatment of all staff.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment process, identifying talent needs and ensuring the company attracts and retains high-quality employees
- Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
- Performance Management: Develop performance management systems that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Legal Advice and Risk Management: Provide legal advice to management on various business matters. Assess and mitigate legal risks facing the company.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with legal standards.
Qualifications and Competency profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Legal role and HR management, preferably in the agriculture, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Albanian labor laws and international legal standards.
- Proficient in HR practices, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Albanian and proficiency in English.
- High ethical standards and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strategic thinker with an ability to see the big picture.
