Position: Event Waiter/Waitress
Department: Food and Beverage
Location: Hilton Garden Inn, Tirane
Job Requirement:
As an Events Waiter or Waitress , you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. Your tasks as an Events Waiter or Waitress will include but will not be limited to:

Set up meeting and event rooms
Ensure compliance of brand standards
Knowledge of menu content, menu changes, and promotional activities
Ensure the Conference and Banqueting areas are kept clean and tidy
Ensure Refreshment breaks are served at the correct times
Able to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service and Conference and Events
Creates an exceptional dining experience for our guests within meeting and events.
Communicate effectively and respectfully to guests and fellow colleagues on all levels.
Have full knowledge of our food and drink menu’s including allergens and dietary requirements.
Read tables and understand guests’ needs and dislikes so you are able to recommend items.
