Position: Event Waiter/Waitress
Department: Food and Beverage
Location: Hilton Garden Inn, Tirane

Job Requirement:

As an Events Waiter or Waitress , you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. Your tasks as an Events Waiter or Waitress will include but will not be limited to:

  • Set up meeting and event rooms
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards
  • Knowledge of menu content, menu changes, and promotional activities
  • Ensure the Conference and Banqueting areas are kept clean and tidy
  • Ensure Refreshment breaks are served at the correct times
  • Able to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service and Conference and Events
  • Creates an exceptional dining experience for our guests within meeting and events.
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully to guests and fellow colleagues on all levels.
  • Have full knowledge of our food and drink menu’s including allergens and dietary requirements.
  • Read tables and understand guests’ needs and dislikes so you are able to recommend items.
