The purpose of the Customer Consultant is to consult and provide technical support for every stakeholder: Architects, Engineers, Fabricators, end-Customers and colleagues.

Costumer Consultant
(Architect/Civil/Mechanical Engineering)
Position Objective:(Architect/Civil/Mechanical Engineering)
The purpose of the Customer Consultant is to consult and provide technical support for every stakeholder: Architects, Engineers, Fabricators, end-Customers and colleagues.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Formulate construction designs through AutoCAD for further supporting the project design.
- Conduct static studies for the appropriate profile selection during the study of the project.
- Engage with specialized project designs.
- Identify and satisfy clients’ needs.
- Maintain and enhance the relationship with end customers after purchase.
- Comply with the data entry process for projects on the CRM.
- Inform the market development department with regards to inbound large-scale projects.
- Visit the construction sites for technical support.
- Mentor new and existing colleagues with regards to technical details.
- Visit the construction sites alongside with Front Office stakeholders for technical support.
- Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of AUTOCAD (2D and 3D) software, MS Office
- Good knowledge of English Language.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively.
- Transport from the Factory to Center of Tirana
- Full Annual Leave, Public Holidays, Private Helath Insurance
- 5 Working Days per week (Monday-Friday)
- Thirteen Salary
