Client Relationship Specialist (CRS)

You will be responsible for:
- Managing the relationship between the client and operations regarding all service related calls.
- Confirming appointment times with technicians and clients.
- Proactively communicating with all parties involved.
- Answering incoming queue calls.
- Escalating any issues with tickets to management and/or clients.
- Previous customer service experience.
- The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem solving skills with an ability to handle difficult customer calls.
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong phone skills. Must speak clearly; majority of time is spent talking on a telephone.
- Strong written communication skills; must be able to convey information in an effective and efficient manner.
- Attention to detail with serious proofreading skills.
