Job position: Host / Hostess

Contract Terms: UNLIMITED

Location: KFC Park Gate

Summary: We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Hostess to join our team at KFC Restaurants in Albania. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the restaurant and bid farewell as they leave.
• Take reservations and manage the seating chart.
• Ensure the dining area is clean and organized.
• Collaborate with the kitchen, middle and front staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service.
• Provide information about menu items and promotions.
• Handle any guest inquiries, requests, or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Uphold KFC's high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Assist in managing the seating arrangement to ensure efficient and organized table turnover.
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and inform guests of any potential delays.
• Monitor the dining area to ensure all guests are receiving attentive service and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Attend training sessions to learn about KFC's menu, procedures, service standards, and company policies.

Requirements & Skills needed:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in the Albanian and English language. Knowledge of any other language is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
