Administrative Coordinator
Our client is a distinguished Tour Operator providing services in Albania. In the light of recent travel restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemics the Tourism industry has taken a hit.
However, in the good hope that this situation will come to an end soon, and will not affect vacations in summer; our client would like to use this time to grow the team with talented professionals.
One of the positions we are seeking to fill is Administrative Coordinator
Role:
The Administrative Coordinator coordinates, oversees, and/or performs a wide variety of administrative, secretarial, and program support activities on behalf of the client's team.
Responsibilities:
• Source and provide rates from suppliers in Albania and abroad
• Book, organize and ascertain any required services
• Pay for services, collate paperwork and update accounting information
• Add new bookings into the system, update and keep track of them
• Add new supplier information and keep all existing contacts updated
• Review trip notes and feedback on suppliers to create an annual summary
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years work experience preferably in customer-service oriented position,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
• Sound time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Good interpersonal skills
• Seasoned computer usage
• High energy, positive "can do" spirit and strong team ethic
