Administrative Assistant - Albania

onecontact TECH is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help our HR and Talent acquisition team. We are rapidly growing in the Balkans and our looking for an individual who is independent, detial oriented, team player and has Adminstrative/HR experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day to day Office tasks and support HR Administrator on tasks assigned on a daily basis.
  • Perform Administrative tasks assigned and ensure that tasks are completed on time
  • Communicate with team members and respond to their questions
  • Work with the CEO of the company on special project
  • Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
  • Update internal systems and ensure all documents are kept confidentail and are organized.
  • Help talent acquistion team in recruiting/scheduling interview
  • Purchase various items required in daily operations of the office
  • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent English – verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive, self-motivated attitude with high energy
  • Ability to think, problem-solve, take action, and follow-through
  • You are resourceful and dont shy away from challenges.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 Years of Administrative Experience
  • University Degree
